Photographs mainly relate to various Kaiser (and Kaiser Frazer) industrial facilities and products. Photos show aircraft models, Kaiser buildings, oil wells, cars (on San Francisco streets), gas stations, manufacturing (National Lead Co.), aerial views of docks in Eureka (Calif.), Kaiser Foil (sports car), Kaiser household appliances (dishwashers, sinks, etc.), car parts, car exhibits, and home construction using Kaiser materials.

Hired in 1934, Trefethen remained Henry J. Kaiser's closest associate throughout Kaiser's lifetime. Remaining with the Company after Kaiser's death in 1967, he eventually served as a Trustee for the voluntary liquidation of the Kaiser empire 1978-1979.
